Description
We are an Anglo/Italo family of 3 elements - me, Julia, English, Giovanni, Italian and our young adult son. We live in a little country house with just over an acre of land 2km from the town of Greve in Chianti. We have spent the last 20 years restoring the house and there is still more to do!

During the summer we are all working, but between November and March Giovanni and I are at home working in the fields. Every autumn we try and plant some trees and improve the soil.

We need help clearing overgrown land, building dry stone walls and putting up fencing.

Aide
We are looking for people to help us during the autumn/winter months to help with tidying up the olive fields, rebuilding dry stone walls, fencing and other smaller landscaping tasks. Every autumn we try and plant some trees and improve the soil. Messy, outdoor work!

Our house is a twenty minute walk from the nearest town, Greve in Chianti, which in turn is served by public transport to and from Florence.
Greve is a nice little market town, and it is an hour's bus ride from Florence.
In winter this is a very quiet place, but there are beautiful walks and countryside to enjoy.
