  Description

  We are a house of travelers. As a result , we have decided to open up the house to people from around the world so that they can experience the real Jamaica outside of an all-inclusive hotel. As a backpacker, I am familiar with the challenges of visiting some countries on a budget. Having stayed in hostels across the world and completed a couple of work away stays, I have decided to open my own hostel so that traveling to the Caribbean becomes accessible to solo travelers, people on GAP years, or anyone looking to experience a different part of the world. The hostel is based on a hillside overlooking the Parish of St. Catherine. Your stay will be based on helping around the property, driving guests, having fun and hosting events. We are looking for a creative fun-loving person to join us and help make the hostel the best it can be.
  
  As we have just returned from living in other countries, and are just setting up to open the house, we will be self-run and managed by me as the property is only opening 3 rooms to the public for now.

  Tasks at the hostel include:
  - Driving guests around
  - Small garden tasks
  - Minor cleaning and tidying tasks - Emptying bins, washing and putting away dishes, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, etc.,
  - Hosting onsite events like setting up for the free BBQ, quiz and games nights

  Hébergement

  Small private room with detached bathroom. The room has a double bed with mountain views and mosquito netting.
  
  The property has various balconies, an indoor gym, an outdoor manual heating jacuzzi tub, veggie garden, and fruit trees.
  
  ***Food will be included (There will be 2 excursion days per week where the purchase of outside food is not included)

  Must love nature as we are surrounded by trees. The vehicle is needed and one will be available on some days off for self-exploration of the island (must have a valid driver's license).
