    Description

    We are hostel located in Vila do Abraão, Ilha Grande, a beautiful island in between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. We also have another hostel in Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro where you are invited to spend a few nights. We might be able to organise a free transfer from Rio to the Island dependent on availability and we provide bed and breakfast.
    We have opened the Hostel at the beggining of 2018. It is a small hostel with max 26 guest and we like to keep a chilled atmosphere.
    We need volunteers to work taking care of the guests, maintaning the open house with cleaning and gardening responsabilities.
    The house has a lot of trees, camp fire, internet access and is close to all restaurants, bars and supermarkets. From the vilage of Abraão there many trails for hiking to amazing hidden beaches around the island.

    There are many oportunities to scuba dive, snorkel with tropical fish, hike to the many trails the island has to offer, world renound beaches, mountains and the local wild life including howler monkeys, various bird and reptile specieis, and if you come at the right time of the year you could even be blessed with an encounter with the migrating whales and dolphins.
