Tuscany country experience, help us in a typical farmhouse with olive trees in, Florence, Italy

  Description

  We are a family's farmhouse on a hill near Florence. Our main plantation is olive trees from which we produce extra virgin olive oil for personal use but we have also: some grapevines, a few figs, a few pear trees, a few plum trees, blackberries and also we have a vegetable garden.
  With the grapevines we make a red wine, typical of Chianti zone, with other fruits we produce jam.
  On a farm everyday there is always something to do and to learn.
  
  Hi, I'm Giaime (the son, 27 y.o.) and I ask an help for every stuff in and aroud the farmhouse, in general we make every things only for the family and a few friends.

  You can meet new people and live on a tuscany farm. You can learn something about the oil and wine production.
  During the free time you can walk on the trails in the wood and you can arrive to the Lecceto hermitage or to the nearby villages. You can visit the Villa Bellosguardo and the near stables, also the Renai lake where you can sail with a small boat.

  Aide

  The main help-works are on the field of olive trees, how: pruning, cleaning the field, picking olives.
  Other helps are: for the other trees in the field and for vegetable garden; also in general for the garden, for the house and to take care about our animals (dog and cats).

  The accomodation is a room inside the house with: bed, table with chair.
  
  We like the phylosophy of workaway: food for host and work.

  Inside the house there are: two kitchens, a living room, 3 bathrooms, our rooms and the wine cellar.
  Around the house there is the garden with many flowers, some citrus trees.
  We have two dogs: Pluto and Margot; I hope you don't have any problems with dogs.
  The house is on the top of the hill and the sight is really fascinating because one can see the nearby hills and villages,
  the tuscany Appenniens and the valley of Florence and Pistoia.
  During the free time you can walk on the trails in the wood and you can arrive to the small monastery or to the nearby village,
  you can visit the Villa Bellosguardo or you can go to the Renai lake where you can sail with a small boat.
  Otherways, not so far (about 3 km) there are bus and train stations and in 15 min you can arrive at Florence or at Empoli and in 45 min arrive at Pisa or Pistoia.
