  We are Dimitri and Silvia, a couple living in Vilanova i la Geltrú, a charming coastal town in Catalonia, Spain.
  We’re looking for someone to look after our home and take care of our cat while we’re away.
  
  Our comfortable apartment is located right in the town centre, next to the municipal market and just 1.5 km from the beach.

  During your stay, you will have the opportunity to experience life in Vilanova i la Geltrú, a charming Catalan seaside town. Christmas and New Year are a lovely time to discover local traditions, seasonal markets, and the atmosphere of the town during the holidays. Barcelona and Sitges are also easily accessible if you would like to explore (Barcelona is 1 hour by train or bus - Sitges is 10 min by train).
  
  
  Vilanova offers a great balance between seaside life, nature, local culture, and gastronomy. You can enjoy walks along the beach, explore the surrounding hiking trails, discover local restaurants and markets, or simply relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. We will be happy to share our favourite places and recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.
  
  We hope you will enjoy discovering our region while feeling at home in our apartment and keeping Alba company during our time away.

  Aide

  We are looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter to stay in our apartment and look after our cat, Alba, while we are away.
  
  Alba is an extremely affectionate cat who absolutely loves cuddles, attention, and human company! More than anything, she enjoys having someone around to give her affection, especially in the morning and evening. She is very sociable with people and will happily enjoy plenty of cuddles and petting. Having someone present to keep her company is particularly important to us, as we want her to feel loved and comfortable while we are away. However, she is very wary of other animals, so we cannot accommodate any other pets.
  
  Her daily care routine is quite simple:
  
  - Fresh water: Change her water every morning and evening, and more often if needed, as she can be a little picky and prefers very fresh water.
  - Dry food: Make sure there are always biscuits in her bowl. Alba regulates her own food intake and is rather slim, so there is no need to limit the amount of dry food available.
  - Wet food: Give her half a portion of wet food per day, spread out on her special slow-feeding plate to prevent her from eating too quickly and vomiting.
  - Litter tray: Clean her litter tray once a day, either in the morning or in the evening.
  
  We are looking for someone who will treat Alba with affection, spend quality time with her, and make sure she feels safe and happy in our absence, while also taking good care of our apartment. In exchange, you will have the opportunity to enjoy our cosy home in the heart of Vilanova i la Geltrú, close to the beach, local markets, and everything this lovely Mediterranean town has to offer.

  Hébergement

  We will provide our entire apartment for you to enjoy during your stay, as we will be away ourselves. You will have the place all to yourself, with plenty of space to relax and feel at home.
  
  The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and includes :
  - Lift acces
  - two bedrooms (one double bed ),
  - two bathrooms,
  - a balcony,
  - a double sofa bed,
  - a separate office with a monitor.
  You will also have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a freezer, a lift, three bicycles, and a projector with HDMI and VGA connections, as well as a DVD player.
  
  We will meet in person the day before we leave to show you around the apartment, explain everything you need to know, introduce you to Alba, and get to know each other before handing over the keys. We want you to feel comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
  
  There are no special restrictions beyond a few important house rules:
  - we ask you to treat the apartment with care,
  - keep it clean and tidy,
  - and respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and at night.
  We hope you will feel at home while taking good care of our place.
  
  The kitchen will be available for you to prepare your own meals, and you will be free to organise your days as you wish while enjoying everything Vilanova i la Geltrú and the surrounding area have to offer.
