  Description

  Hello, I am Judith, I share my life with my partner Patrick and my dog Poekie. I am a natural host and I love my work with the guests at the hotel.
  For me it is important to make everyone - guests and helpers - feel at home, together with my partner Patrick.
  
  For the past 6 years I have been the manager of a camping in Luxembourg. I loved the interaction with so many different people, guests and work-awayers from all over the world.
  Now in 2024 a new chapter in life has begun: a cozy, old hotel-restaurant in Luxembourg.
  In my work my strength is my down-to-earth approach of life, my compassion, my humor and my passion for cooking.
  
  People describe me as joyful, independent, energetic and creative, with a warm heart for humans and animals.
  Important here in the countryside of Luxembourg is the atmosphere of quietness, peace and tranquility, in harmony with the beautiful nature and mountains of Luxembourg.
  
  The hotel has 10 rooms and is situated in the area that is called "Little Switzerland", in a small village, Beaufort, surrounded by lovely hills and beautiful hiking routes.
  The mountains and nature are 30 steps away from the hotel.
  There is a supermarket in the village and a busstop.
  All public transport is totally for free in Luxembourg!

  This is a real Dutch adventure in a beautiful Luxembourgs area, called "Little Switzerland" in an atmosphere of quietness, peace and tranquility, in harmony with the beautiful nature and mountains of Luxembourg.
  The hotel is situated in a romantic small village, surrounded by lovely hills and beautiful hiking routes and bicycle routes.
  
  When you love hiking in nature, this is the best place for you.
  In the village is a supermarket and a bus stop.
  All public transport is totally free in Luxembourg!
  By bus you are in the city of Luxembourg within 25 minutes.
  
  What makes this so special is the attitude towards life of Judith, who runs the hotel from a Taoïst view of life.
  Judith is down-to-earth, she makes spirituality simple and joyful.
  She works very hard, always with humor and a natural smile.
  In everything you can feel and see the heart energy from Judith: profound wisdom in a simple Dutch package.

  WHEN YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL COOK AND PREPARING FOOD FOR GUESTS MAKES YOU HAPPY, PLEASE CONTACT US
  
  For our hotel we are looking for a professional Cook, for at least 3 days a week, from juni till september. We would like you to stay all summer.
  
  In summer in high season we have a large romantic terras outside the hotel.
  Inside in the restaurant there is a maximum of 35 dinner chairs.
  Our kitchen is small, but very efficient and clean!
  In the hotel we all work together in a small team in a positive and joyfull atmosphere, in which we also share the meals together.
  
  We expect the professionality from you as a Cook, to be able to work with our existing Menu.
  Our Menu's are a combination of the French, Luxembourgs and Dutch kitchen.
  We expect you to have a positive attitude towards life, so you can work pleasantly together with our existing Cook.
  Also, you are as professional Cook able to work independently in the kitchen, when our Cook has a day free.
  
  What I offer you as work-awayer:
  your own private room in the house, shared meals and of course payment for your work.
  What I expect from you:
  a positive and joyful attitude towards life and professionality in your work in the kitchen.
