We are a social hostel located in Panajachel, on the shores of the beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Owned by three Australians and one German, we do our best to show our guests a different, more sociable hostel experience.
We try to provide information about local cultural events and the different activities around town for our guests, while involving them also in our own events and taking them out by night, to show them the gems of Panajachel nightlife.
Our Team is more like a family, that's why we mostly prefer to meet all you amazing people face to face before both sides agree on a volunteer position and its duration.

We are located in Lake Atitlan, one of the most wonderful places in Guatemala, surrounded by several volcanos and interesting mayan towns. We can help with several discounts on tours and shuttles all over Guatemala.
Panajachel is a great town to learn Spanish as well.

We are especially looking for outgoing people, that love to meet new people and socialize. Engaging with our guests and making them feel involved and like they are at home is our goal.
We are a social hostel located in Panajachel Guatemala, looking for volunteers to help in several fields, like assisting our local staff, help with basic cleaning tasks or in maintenance and building projects. Many of the nights there will be a tour leader to take some of our guests out to different bars or to guide them during daily activities.
If you have any special skills we are more than happy to set up a differnet exchange deal - just let us know ;)

We have 2 apartments located just opposite our hostel. The apartments are shared by all our volunteers, there is a maximum of 4 people in each apartment.
In exchange for work, we provide breakfast and lunch available daily - including days you don’t work.
We also have access to free nights and discounts at hostels all around Guatemala, including discounted shuttles, tours and drinks at some bars.
Other than that we have a well equipped shared kitchen, hot showers, a rooftop terrace, common area and even a chill area with netflix connected up for those tired or hangover days.
We always try to schedule or volunteers in a way they can travel to towns around the lake, or even go to other places in Guatemala and discover our beautiful country. We are just a few hours away from places like Antigua, Semuc Champey, Xela, the beach etc.,
