  BEFORE TEXTING US PLS READ THIS:
  
  We are ready to host back on the second half of March - early April. However, here is a very specific request.
  
  I'm looking for a volunteer who has some basic experience with tiling and simple renovation work. The main project is to tile and renovate a small bathroom in my house since i got no experience in tiling and i need someone who knows what to do. The work itself should take around a few days with no rush over quality.
  
  If there is extra time, we could also work together on a few small projects like painting walls and restoring wooden shutters.
  
  I live in a small mountain village in Italy, surrounded by nature. In exchange, I offer accommodation, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great place if you enjoy quiet village life, hiking, and experiencing authentic Italy. However, Rome is very close (1h away) so you can enjoy the eternal city and I wiil do my best as a host.
  
  I'm happy to host someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and sharing a bit of daily life together. Also experienced workawayers are always welcome, since me myself i did it around 15 times all around the world while traveling Latin America, Asia and Europe for years.

  I’ve embarked on an exciting new adventure together—buying a charming house in a medieval village in Abruzzo, just an hour’s drive from Rome.
  
  As I renovate my home, I am also dreaming big! We plan to open an NGO and create a vibrant community space that welcomes people from all walks of life. But first, I want to make home a cozy haven for visitors.
  
  Me Vladi, and my journey as a global traveler and volunteer started several years ago. I've had the privilege of exploring South America, where I volunteered for a year, followed by almost five years in Europe, mainly in Italy. My travels have also taken me to Asia, where I lived in both China and India for six months each. Through these experiences, I’ve gained a deep understanding of different cultures, languages, and ways of life. Now that I've settled down, I’m eager to create an enriching environment for other travelers like myself.
  
  I believe in the power of connection, collaboration, and creativity, and I can't wait to share this journey with you. Join me and my friends (there are always gonna be some international people mixed with Italians) as I transform this space into something special, and experience the beauty of Abruzzo firsthand!
