  I am Italian, 42 years old, I live alone in a large villa, previously it was an ancient ruin of a water mill that my uncle bought and renovated in the 90s.

  I'm looking for people who can provide me with help and motivation in the many maintenance jobs I have planned. If possible, not beginners, who at least know how to handle a drill and a tape measure, position a shelf and things like that. There is also a small garden, so I can teach you how to take care of it, if you already know better.

  Cerco persone che mi possano fornire aiuto e motivazione nei tanti lavori di mantenimento che ho in programma. Se possibile non alle prime armi, che sappiamo per lo meno maneggiare un trapano e un metro, posizionare una mensola e cose del genere. C'è anche un piccolo giardino, quindi posso insegnare come curarlo, se uno già è capace meglio.

  Single room with double bed and large shared bathroom, large shared kitchen, other spaces, exterior with swimming pool. In case of more people there is another double bed and also a sofa.

  Stanza singola con letto matrimoniale e amplio bagno condiviso, grande cucina condivisa, altri spazi, esteriore con piscina. In caso di più persone c'è un altro letto matrimoniale e anche un divano.

  The ideal would be to come by car, however I can lend the bike, public transport is a little expensive and there are no night buses, however up to a certain time you can move around, it takes 15-20 minutes to go to the town standing.

  L'ideale sarebbe venire con auto, comunque posso prestare la bici, i mezzi pubblici sono un poco cari e non ci sono autobus notturni, comunque fino a una certa ora ci si può muovere, per andare al paese ci si mettono 15- 20 minuti a piedi.
