  I have travelled to 90 countries, so you can trust me more than a Lonely Planet guide. I ve done workaway in Colombia 10 years ago and I liked, hope you will like here too. If you need language exchange with Portuguese or Spanish I can help.

  Mostly assembly IKEA style cabinetry. Maybe some other DIY projects around the house. Also help around the house, e.g. getting groceries, mopping, vacuuming etc. Around 4 hours 5 days a week.

  Curitiba has some nice sights. My flat is on the city fringe. Around 45 min by bus to downtown. Iguazu falls can be done as long weekend trip. You can also go to Florianopolis for the weekend - about 5 hours bus ride. Or Ilha do Mel about 2 hours away.
