• 

  Description

  We are retired Bulgarian couple living and engaged in activities in the country side for about 8 months. There are about 150 people living in our village, rock climbing (Prohodna cave) and other places of interest within about 10 km.
  We love nature, we are interested in cultural exchange, ideas and actions for development of the local community and ready to share our experience. We have lived about 6 years in Africa, 7 years in China and the rest in Bulgaria. We speak English, Portuguese, Russian and Bulgarian.

  Echange culturel et opportunités d'apprendre

  We can share our experience, living in several countries while working on development and educational projects. We are often visited by our kids and grandchildren who are open minded young people.
  We hope to raise community participation in environmental causes by our actions.
  We have small amateur workshop where we can work together on creation and restoration of wooden objects, cook together and design the garden landscape.
  We will be happy to learn ideas and skills, that can make the planet a better place.

  Aide

  We are close to see our village project soon finished, however we still need help in:
  * maintaining and helping with creative ideas for the garden;
  * mowing the grass;
  * woodworking (recycled, re-purposed wood);
  * chairs and other old furniture restoration;
  * picture frames assembling;
  * pergola raising;
  * masonry (non-structural).
  * cooking
  We ourselves will be part of these activities.
  Art ideas are welcome.

  Hébergement

  We have one bedroom with 2 beds for guests and a shared bathroom in the house where we sleep too.
  We can offer food, cook and eat together. Vegetarian food could be prepared too.
  Special needs are to be covered by guests.
  Wi-fi available.

  Autres infos...

  During the time when you want to know the surroundings, we can plan your trips easy. Public transport and other options are available. Two caves are nearby, one is favorite place for rock-climbers, the other one is also challenging and interesting place.
  Life is quiet in the village, but there are no restrictions for "night-owls" discussions.
