We are a small eco-friendly resort near Luang Prabang in the mountains of Northern Laos. We love nature and offer our guests an experience off the beaten track where they can go hiking, visit waterfalls and relax by the pool. We grow our own organic vegetables and our restaurant has choice of Lao and Western food.
We have 3 dogs, 27 chickens and 2 ponies.

We offer a unique experience of living and working in a rural area in Laos, that is at the same time close to Luang Prabang and places of natural beauty such as Kuang Si Waterfalls, Nahm Dong Park and Tad Thong Waterfalls. Our staff is always keen to learn English and to teach other some Lao, whilst you are working and having a laugh together.
We are specifically looking for a friendly and easy going person with a good sense of humor who is very experienced with horses, especially in the training of young horses and general horse care and management. We used to offer pony rides for kids in the past, but at the moment we lack the experience on how to get this started again. We are not looking for someone who has only got riding experience, but someone who is able to train us and our Lao staff on how to train the ponies, as well as working with the ponies themselves.

We offer a private room in the resort with your own bathroom and balcony. This includes breakfast and dinner at our restaurant and a local Lao style lunch with all of us.
The person helping us is welcome to use the pool, go for hikes around the resort or go to Luang Prabang on days off.
