Description
Hello!
We are a family of 4: Alice and Mathieu & 2 children we have 50 goats.
We are located in Maggia, in the middle of the Magic Valley.
5 walking minutes away from rivers to swimm, restaurants and shops.
We produce organic goat cheese :-)
During the summer season we produce our hay.
TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION OFFERED
private room with shared bathroom ... or trailer
We are 15 minutes by car from Locarno and there are buses every 30 minutes to join the town.
We ask people to help with the farm tasks or with the children (babysitting) about 5 hours/day, 5 days/week... -

We need help on many things, like milking, cleaning, taking care of the animals, making hay, cooking, gardening,...
Our kind of work is still "rural", "a l'ancienne", we don't have sofisticate machinery and we are a small farm... -

We would ask 5 hours of help/day in exchange of accommodation (in a small flat or private room with shared bathroom) and 3 meals...

Those guys are amazing we shared a lot of super moments (playing carcassonne!) And they worked a lot! Always in to give a hand :-)

Milly and Dan are amazing!
They stayed with us during last november and they helped us with lots of things in the house and with the farm life.
They are happy, active, positive thinking, excellents cooks, very handy and artistics.
We loved having them around and we wish them all the best with their future projects! .....and come back whenever … read more

Alice, Mathieu & Nicolas had been some wonderful hosts! Come here and immerse yourself in a unique farm stay experience. I am so lucky to have this farm as my first farm stay experience. I don’t think anything else can beat this!
