Echange culturel et opportunités d'apprendre
You will be dealing with a mix of Syrian (me) Moroccan (my friend) and Berber (the place we will be at). You could learn how to make extremely authentic Moroccan food, bake bread, and learn how Moroccans used to build their mud houses pre Industrial Revolution. If you’re interested in learning Arabic (Moroccan and/or Syrian) or Berber, you could learn through immersion. And you get to see how people outside of the city live.

Aide
We need someone to become part of the family. We are figuring this out along the way. No skills required. There are an number of things that could be done around the land. These include help watering the trees and plants. Help making bricks. And moving them around. Digging the mud. Mixing the brick mixture. Herding sheep. There is a plethora of tasks to be accomplished and help is welcomed in any form.

Hébergement
You can either stay in a room in the house or a tent can be provided for you. The room has the basics, a sofa that will be your bed. A table. A plug to charge your appliances. Or you can camp outside.
You will be sharing all your meals with us. There are two breakfasts, lunch and dinner. One breakfast before we get to the site. One at the site and then lunch and dinner at home.
The food is all home cooked and the bread is made daily at home.
Autres infos...
The site is about an hour and a half drive away from Marrakech.

Beside the fact that abd al ghafour (land owner) and joudy (the idea creator) became my good friends, working with the soft natural soil and seeing every day the beautiful picture of red, brown and green mountain landscape, put in my heart a lot of love and hope.
