  Description

  Hi, welcome to my page. My name is Dale, I live on a beautiful 40 acre property set in the Nambucca Valley 25 mins out of town. Wilderness escape with only the sounds of bird life and animals. Crystal clear creek with a swimming hole runs around the edge of my property, great to swim in. Cool and refreshing in summer or brace yourself with some Wim Hof breathwork and take the plunge in winter.
  
  I’ve travelled extensively and lived in London and Oslo. Spent many years in Melbourne before moving to the region four years ago. Here with my dog, six guinea fowl and nearly 80 fruit trees including orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, pecan, guava and many others. I work in technology but have studied health & nutrition, kinesiology, permaculture and have a wide range of interests.
  
  Looking to follow permaculture practices to increase the variety of produce and productivity. Wide range of activities to maintain the home and property. Compost loo and either a swim in the creek or bathroom / shower inside for use.
  
  Plenty of space to camp or setup a campervan. Own transport recommended but not essential. Can arrange pickup as there is no public transport here.

  Experience living on the land and being up close the wilderness. The property is a little out of town with no mobile reception so does feel like an escape from the world. A little about myself - enjoy cooking and am quite social. Have previously lived in Europe and travelled extensively (over 40 countries). Work in technology but have studied kinesiology and permaculture, wide range of experience.

  Assistance with maintaining the property & home. Includes planting trees, maintaining fruit trees, veggie garden, building & landscaping projects, collecting firewood and assisting around the home.

  Camping or BYO accommodation (i.e. tent / motor home). Peaceful spot to camp by the creek. I like to share meals with guests and take turns to cook or share the cooking. Otherwise food provided if I am away from the property.

  The property is a little way out of town and fairly quiet so best if you're looking to escape for a little while to make the most of it. Beautiful spot with lots of bushwalking, mountain biking or exploring the national park up the road.
  45 mins from Nambucca and the beach and an hour from Bellingen / Coffs where you can find other activities.
