  Description

  We are a family of 4 plus our furry babies. I (F34) am an English teacher in our town, I work Mondays-Fridays in the afternoons. Juan (M39) works in a local factory, he works shifts so we need an extra pair of hands to look after Julia (born Oct.2021 ) and Sofia (Feb. 2023).
  Then we have Wendy and Nana, 2 adorable Golden Retrievers who live indoors and are part of the family.
  We live in a really big house, with a 1200meter garden in walking distance to the train station, the library, cafés, gyms…
  We own 2 cars, if needed you would be able to use them.
  Julia and Sofia go to school in the mornings for a couple of hours, they love playing and goofing around. They just never stop! Plus being so young they have their little (or big) tantrums, so it’s not a quiet house 😅
  
  
  We have help at home. She is like a second mom to me and the girls, yet our house is never spotless, you will always find hair here or there, or toys. We are a messy family.
  We used to travel a lot, we have been all around the world but right now it’s quite hard so, we plan to bring the world to us!
  
  *At the moment we are looking for someone just to play with the girls, prepare games, laugh and joke around with them. Workawayers who stay less than 3 weeks will not be left alone with the girls.

  You will be part of the family, we will help you with your Spanish skills, show you the culture and our beautiful area as well as try to introduce you to people your age. We will provide food. We usually cook yet sometimes you will have to prepare your own (our fridge is your fridge).

  Aide

  Work awayers are expected to play with the girls, prepare activities, help outwhen they go to the park or extra curricular activities. Proactive people, better with training in child-related fields. Games, arts and crafts, help with meals... max 3h Mon-Fri . We are looking for someone to share quality time with, not an airbnb.

  We live in Los Corrales de Buelna, a small town in the center of Cantabria. We can lend you a car yet there are trains and buses to take you nearly everywhere in the region.
