  Hello fellows,
  Sveiki mielieji,
  
  I (Austėja) and my mum searching helping hands in the forest and around the house .
  
  I am a graduated music teacher. Have done a bit of travelling (Europe, Asia and US) in the world with couchsurfing and alone. For every summer I settle down and enjoy the life in the really nice place in the South of Lithuania (Dzūkija). Its my great grandparents land from which is really less left and now it needs more time and love to maintain. You will definetly and directly fell in love in the nature there. Especially that our landhouse is surrounded with forests and lakes.
  
  We do have some work to do: collecting branches, cutting trees, building a fence, cutting the gras and also simply works in the around the house. So if you are a strong or a clever (or both) person you are welcome to contact me.
  
  We had already people staying there but trought couchsurfing.
  
  I am becoming a lot requests of the time that I am not hosting, so I assume you dont read it properly...these requests I wont reply.

  You will be in the countryside of South of Lithuania. The landhouse is surrounded of forests- really special place to stay. You would definetly feel the peace and the connection with nature. Your soul will rest here.
  You will experience the oldest euorpean language-lithuanian too🙂
  
  Depending on the weather and the season we can show you around the areas, activities, traditions of local people ( national parks, local food- clothes- handcrafts markets and so....) We like to travel so we would also bring you with us ;)

  We need help in:
  collecting branches from our forest ( they are not heavy just a lot)
  cutting the branches and putting ordinarly
  helping around the house (painting, restoring...)
  cutting the grass
  building a fence
  building an outside shower

  Hébergement

  You will have your own bed with own mattres and bedsheet. We can also provide you clean towels. We have a bio toilet. The shower we need to build together or it is a possibility to wash in the lake just without chemicals which could cause problems to animals. We support a sustainable house hold as much as we can.
  
  we offer the food 3 times per day. We provide ingridients and there are farmers living near by if you want to have more food.
  There is no drinkable water inside the house. The cooking is more or less on the fire.

  Autres infos...

  You can kayak, pick mushrooms, berries, bathing in forest. Have a trip to Druskininkai. Swim in lakes. In Druskininkai we have snow arena, aqua park, bars, restaurants, SPA.

  Espace pour garer des vans

  We are happy to welcome you guys. you are free to park you campervans and tents and so on. There is a big field and enough place. You can even park in the wood near to our house or the lake. the views are here stunning.

  Possibilité d'accueillir les animaux

  you are welcome to have your dogs, hamsters, but cats I woudnt reccomend cause they often flew away to the forest and then its impossible to find them. I am speaking from the experience. Dogs need also to sleep inside in your camp. I am not taking any responsibility of your pet health and etc. It is in your responsibility. The pet just has to be friendly with us and the other people living around.
