Description
Hi to everyone, let us introduce our family.
It is made up of four people: Roberto, an artisan, Roberta, a Maths teacher in a secondary school and our two daughters, Arianna (aged 16) and Maila (aged 11). Over the past seven years we have been hosting English tutors and if you will agree to come to our home you will be the eighteenth even though not everyone from workaway. All the experiences were great: we get in touch with girls from different countries and all the times we learned a lot from each other and we made some good friends we still in contact with.

As far as the volunteer's responsabilities are concerned,she should be teaching English or French to our daughters, one at a time, who having different ages and levels, so if you are bilingual you will be more than welcomed. We take in great esteem the teaching of these languages: we think that, making them get in touch with foreign girls from all over the world is the most effective method to learn languages and new cultures. We would like them to experience different realities through these tutors and we would like to create long lasting friendships . So she should be positive, outgoing and enthusiastic. Two days off are guaranteed per week and food, as well as free laundry. If you want you can have bikes at your disposal and no worries you will have a free ride to get our place.

We live in Jesi, a beautiful medieval town halfway between mountains and seaside. It takes half an hour to get both spots. We have a sporting centre across the street. The bus stop is just outside the house but the center of the town is within walking distance such as the train station. We like to gather around the table during the meals and share our daily thoughts. If the volunteer is interested, she might attend classes in a secondary school as a listener or tutor, in order to learn Italian and meet young people.We also like to walk at least two or three times a week, we are used to go to the countryside near our house and if you want to join us you will be very welcomed: both your body and soul would appreciate it :-)
