Help me with my house and children in Trento, Italy

  Description

  I'm a Dutch father of two children, a girl (7) and boy (6). They are with me for 10 days per month, in Trento. The other 20 days I'm either in Trento, or travelling the world.
  I'm learning Italian, but it's a challenge. My children's dominant language is Italian, but I speak only Dutch to them, and as a third language I encourage English.

  I'm Dutch, lived in several countries across Europe, and now Italy is the home base. Still a new country, so I'm happy to explore together. If you help me with the children, be prepared for a mixture of Italian, Dutch and English.

  Aide

  During the 10 days/month the children are with me, I can use some help, caring for them, pick them up from school, walk them to activities, or simply babysit in the evening.
  The rest of the month their rooms are empty, and I'm happy to meet international people, and host them. We can discuss what to do in return, which can be home decoration (painting) or other DIY (big and small), language exchange, cooking, etc.I bought the house more than two years ago, still making changes to make it a home (the picture is the living room-work in progress).

  Hébergement

  The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a living & dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Above, there is a large private roof terrace.
  When the children are with me, they each have their own room, and guests sleep in the guest room. When the children are not with me, guests are free to use their rooms.
  Guests have their own bathroom, everything else is shared.
  Cooking we can do together or individual, whatever we agree.
  The house is near the city center, with a bus stop right in front (10 mins), a large park, and a supermarket. Restaurants etc are within walking distance, but those in the center are better.
  Please note that the entire apartment is non-smoking.

  In the summer, Trento is great for hiking and cycling. In the winter, you can go skiing. If you don't want to do anything, there is WiFi.

  There is an office in the house, with a desk and chair. The internet is very fast. When I'm not in the house myself, you're free to use it. The fiber internet has speeds up to 2,5 Gbps.
