My name is Staszek. I`ve just moved from Warsaw to the beautiful village near Olsztyn called Nowe Kawkowo. There is an old house which I am renovating with a view to start agritourism here.
I am 27 years old and my hobby is old photographic techniques. I`ve travelled with workaway before as a volunteer.

The house and the surroundings need a lot of work, from chopping wood to decorating the rooms (and everything in between!) therefore the help needed is much open to your interests and capabilities.

The house is large with many different rooms so you can find something that will suit you – a room for your own or for you and your friends, downstairs or upstairs, or even with a fire place! You’re welcome to come on your own or in a bigger group.
The biggest advantage of the neighborhood is the beautiful nature, meadows, lakes and the woods. There is also the biggest lavender field in Poland close by as well as a SPA built in the woods. Although the village Nowe Kawkowo is small, it’s bursting with local art and crafts; the local Wegajty Theater is famous around the world, there is also a ceramic workshop called Cegielnia Art and other local art initiatives. You can also eat locally grown food, fresh fruit and veg as well as cheese, etc.
