Seeking a native/high level English speaker to share time with our daughter and help at home in Andalucía, Spain

  Description

  My name is Hugo and I live with my wife Isabel and our daughter Olivia. We are a young couple who, after traveling around the world, decided to settle down in Jerez de la Frontera (where I grew up), in the south of Spain. We live with our daughter born in 2023 and a cat. We are looking for a English-speaking woman of any age who enjoys spending time with children, as the main task will be helping us care of our little one, going with her to the play to the park and teaching her your language. As she usually stays long time at school from monday to friday, a bit of help keeping the apartment tidy is very welcome. It’s also important that you like animals as the cat is the king in the house :D I am a farmer and work on a farm about 10 km from Jerez, which you are welcome to visit if you’d like to see where food come from :P
  
  On weekends we often go on short trips around the area, and you’ll be more than welcome to join us and discover the beauty and culture of Andalucía together.
  
  In return, we offer you the chance to become part of our family, a room for yourself, food as if you were one more in the team, share our culture, the comfort of our home, and an authentic experience in southern Spain.
  
  We would like a commitment from your side of at least 1 month (ideally more).
  Our main goal is that you become Olivia´s older sister/stepmom :)

  We have travelled a lot before becoming parents. We love to talk about other countries, about trips, about foreign cuisine (we love to eat food from everywhere). Jerez is a main spot if you are into flamenco, wine or horses, with big events throughout the year in relation to those subjects. Plus, the beach is 20 minutes away. It's a very well located place to discover Cadiz province and also other cities.

  Aide

  From monday to friday Olivia spends most of the time at school, so those days what we expect is more help cleaning the house and keeping it tidy. At the weekends or if she is sick and cannot go to school then just normal parent tasks: Give her breakfast, go for a walk, play with her... You'll have your own time of course, we will arrange beforehand everything. You will have your room and a bathroom that will be shared only with the cat and Olivia sometimes.

  Hébergement

  You will have your own room, with a new bed, a new wardrobe, a new desk. A bathroom in the corridor almost only for yourself.
  We have breakfast, lunch and dinner most of the times at home, so you will be one more in the family. We'll put another plate on the table for you. If you can cook wel'll be more than happy to try it :) You will have the three meals with us. If not possible due to work/studies/schedules they will have full access to the food in the fridge and in the storage room to cook for themselves.

  Autres infos...

  We live in the heart of the city, you can walk or ride anywhere from here. Train station is a 20-minute walk and takes you everywhere, including the beach. And the airport is a 15-min drive.
  We are very calm and quiet and would rather prefer a movie or a book.
  
  You'll be our older sister/stepmom so we are ok if you go out at night sometimes, but if your plan is to party hard every night this is not the place for you.
