Description
Hi, we are Laurine (27 years, French) and Oliver (31 years, Scottish) we live in Echourgnac in the Dordogne countryside.
We are looking for nice and friendly people to help us with the vegetable garden, build a green house, to clean the park and a wood.
Laurine is a vegetarian so there is no problems with anyone with the same convictions.
Basically we would really like people who are happy to mingle and participate in social events and don't always stay in their room.
You have 2 bedrooms available for 2/3 people in the house and the bathroom is shared with us.

Hébergement
We have one spare room with one double bed and and other one with one double bed and one single bed. So you will have a room it might be shared with one other workaway. The bathroom is shared with us.
We have a big living room area, a big Garden in country bungalo type house.

Laurine being vegetarian means that meals are mostly vegetarian.
We love going out during our free time, we have friends at the house regularly, and we often go out to concerts and parties that we will take you.
There is plenty of french culture here. And the area Is rich with monuments and things to see. Bordeaux is Just up the road.
We are smokers but we prefer that you smoke outside during the day.

What a charming polite friendly person.. And so neat and tidy...Having now had a few workawayers.. I can say that Jamie was great.. He can use tools to build things and measure correctly.. Laurine and Oliver, I had such an amazing time with you guys and am already planning to visit you this year! By far the best workaway i had. Katinka est venue l'été 2014 pour 3 semaines, elle était une workawayer très investie, bonne cuisinière, passionnée, intéressante, vraiment sympathique, ouverte d'esprit. Laurine et Oliver m'ont accueilli de la meilleure des façons! J'ai passé une très belle semaine en leur compagnie et j'ai pu faire une tonne de belles rencontres. Dommage qu'il y avait peu à faire pour les aider à ce moment là de l'année (avril 2015). Merci encore pour l'accueil!

Xavier est un Workawayer sympathique.
Nous avons passé une semaine ensemble en hiver ce qui fait que nous n'avions pas beaucoup de travail à fournir. Il s'est occupé de nourrir une petite chèvre au biberon ... que nous avons plus.
En espérant que le reste de ton voyage se passe bien. A bientôt

Elena is a very nice girl . It was a pleasure to have her at home. She works very well , really fast learner especially on the market, She is polite, interesting, She is always happy to doing something with us. One week was too short. We are happy to Know her and really want meet her again.

Philippa and Harley sont un couple Australien très sympathique.
Investi dans le travail à la maison.
Les écouter chanter et jouer de la musique nous ont permis de passer de bonnes soirées animées. Ils sont sont bien entendu avec tout le monde. Harley est aussi un bon cuisinier pour notre plus grand plaisir !

Oliver, Laurine and Rosie were awesome to stay with. Really good fun, very good hosts who live in a beautiful bungalow in the dordogne. I was always well-fed and was made to feel completely at home. Highly recommended.

Great time, excellent worker and always open to do new things either in the house or in the garden, Helped re-do one of the bedrooms (stripping wallpaper, painting, decorating...) fit in really well and was always happy do go out and party!
