My stay was extended to almost 3 months because of covid and chrissy and her family adopted me as one more member of the family during all the time I spent there. … read more about aussie culture, live the country-side life experience, learn about farm maintenance, learn about horse care and riding, pranic healing, meditation and heapes of amazing daily things.
The location and the place is heaven on earth, super peaceful and excellent for having an spiritual retreat into the nature. The accomodation is definetly unique, five stars, precious inner time. It is really hard to synthesize such a huge experience that I lived there. Matteo’s stay was extended due to the the Covid times. He was great company and help to have during lockdown. We worked on collecting fire wood- chainsaw, farm fencing, general yard maintenance & gardening (weeding, pruning and mowing lawns).
Matteo formed a good relationship with our animals and helped care for our horses.

… read more my children and worked well with teaching. He was able to provide educational classes and outcomes for our homeschooling. He helped make them comfortable to have a go but also challenged them to growth in Buddhist chanting, guitar lessons, photography/video and he has an interest in astrology so was able to provide some readings for us. He is versatile in his abilities of being able to help so we were able to be creative in how we can exchange working hours. He is willing to have a go and enjoys learning new things.
Matteo was also willing to adopt the holistic lifestyle of the space, soaked up the pranas, healing and inner/spiritual development, music, meditation, elemental rituals, and chanting etc he was willing to participate in global service meditations and pranic healing to help raise the consciousness on earth during the COVID times.

It was a fantastic workaways experience with the family of five backpackers. They are wonderful & very nice people on an grand adventure. The whole trade off was a great outcome for our home and family, we hope they feel the same.
Chris & Holly are very generous with their service and Jack, Leo & Seth are delightful children embracing adapting
… read more to the requirements of the lifestyle and helping out. We enjoyed the company of each other, learning, playing and making friends.
Chris helped fix a toilet & fence, Holly was not afraid to get her hands dirty cleaning the farm vehicle & horse yards. The boys are willing to have a go of things and learn as they go, they even helped out in the yards. Chris and Holly provided daily martial arts classes with everyone and cooked fantastic whole healthy colourful food!
It was a pleasure to have them stay

We are so happy here!
Our kids made friends with Christine's family. We put in just a bit of work every day tidying up the horse stables, easy enough, and in return have shared great company. We got to visit the neighbor's dairy farm, which included petting lots of animals and even a horse ride for the kids. We went to the nearby river for a dip.
… read more We enjoyed excellent coffee at the local watering hole and enjoyed a trip into town for groceries. It's wonderful being out in the wide open spaces of Australia to enjoy the sounds of bird calls and horse neighs rather than street noise. The cottage is superbly comfortable for our family of five, a respite from the heat of the day and a place to enjoy cooking up fine meals for all. Peter was a great help around the place. The tasks were versatile from removing fencing, collecting wood, preparing summer garden soil/sowing seed to helping the electrician when the power went out! He was able to complete the jobs given. He was lovely company and really great with the animals, they loved him 😁👍🏻 His English is good for required
