  We are a creative, open-minded and welcoming couple in our mid-50s who enjoy meeting people from different countries and cultures.
  
  Our interests include art, culture, literature, travel, nature and meaningful conversations. We enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in the Alps, and we are always happy to share the beauty of our region with our guests.
  
  We live in a large house with a small park-like garden in the beautiful Allgäu region, one of the most attractive areas of southern Germany. The landscape offers mountains, lakes, castles and countless opportunities for outdoor activities.
  
  Famous destinations such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Munich, Lake Constance and the Austrian Alps are all within easy reach.
  
  Guests will have their own comfortable room with Wi-Fi and a private bathroom, while also being part of our daily life. We enjoy sharing meals, exchanging ideas, discovering cultural events and occasionally exploring Bavaria together.
  
  What we value most is genuine human connection. We hope our guest will feel at home with us and enjoy not only the beautiful surroundings but also a warm, respectful and friendly atmosphere.

  We enjoy sharing meals, conversations, hikes in the Alps and cultural activities with our guests. We are happy to share our knowledge of German culture, business, engineering and life in Bavaria.
  Hosting people from different countries is a wonderful opportunity to learn from each other, gain new perspectives and build lasting friendships. We look forward to creating an enjoyable and enriching experience together.

  What help we are looking for:
  
  We are looking for a native English speaker who enjoys conversation, cultural exchange, and becoming part of everyday family life.
  
  Our main goal is to improve our Business English and gain greater confidence in speaking through regular, natural conversations. We are interested in discussing topics such as business, culture, travel, current affairs, and everyday life. We are less interested in formal teaching and more in authentic communication and a friendly exchange of ideas and experiences.
  
  As we live in a large, newly built home with spacious rooms and extensive floor-to-ceiling windows, we expect active and independent participation in household tasks. This includes general cleaning, keeping shared living areas tidy, helping to maintain the house, and occasionally cleaning the large glass surfaces and windows.
  
  We also have a beautiful modern kitchen with a large cooking island that is perfect for preparing meals together. It would be wonderful if you enjoy cooking and are willing to take an active role in planning and preparing meals on a regular basis. Naturally, cleaning and tidying the kitchen afterwards is part of daily life as well.
  
  It is important to us to emphasize that we are not a hotel or guesthouse and do not provide hotel-style services. We are looking for a genuine cultural exchange based on mutual respect, shared responsibility, and active participation in everyday life. Everyone contributes to the household and helps with the tasks that naturally arise when living together.
  
  For this reason, we are looking for someone who feels comfortable with these responsibilities and ideally has previous experience with housekeeping, cleaning, home organization, or similar tasks. We value people who are reliable, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to contribute independently to a well-maintained and pleasant home environment.
  
  We look forward to welcoming someone who would like to share their language and culture with us while also playing an active role in our daily life and helping to create a warm, friendly, and well-organized home.

  Our home is conveniently located just 1 km from the nearest Deutsche Bahn railway station, providing excellent transport connections. Munich can be reached in just over an hour, making it easy to explore one of Germany’s most vibrant cultural cities.
  We are also within easy reach of Lake Constance (Bodensee), the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle and the Austrian Alps, offering countless opportunities for sightseeing, hiking and outdoor activities.
  Our location combines the peace and beauty of the countryside with excellent access to some of the most attractive destinations in southern Germany.
