  Description

  We are excited to announce that we are recruiting several Workaway volunteers for the 2025/2026 season, starting on November 1st, 2025, running until the end of April ’26.
  
  As a Workaway, you'll be working alongside us (Jon and Leah) and our amazing Thai staff to help our Hostel run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. We’re looking for confident and approachable individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and helping them have a great time on our beautiful island.
  
  The minimum stay is one month, but we prefer if you can commit to two months. The work schedule is approximately 5 hours per day, 5 days a week.
  
  In exchange for your help, we offer:
  
  • Free accommodation in a seperate dorm for workaways
  • 3 Meals a day provided
  • Access to cooking facilities.
  • Discounted drinks at the bar.
  • Your own scooter to get around the island
  
  Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working in a hostel or have spent a good amount of time staying in hostels and understand the level of service that backpackers expect.
