  Description

  Hi everyone, we are a family of four me Anna 38 years old, Paolo 40 years old and our daughters, Linda and Anita. (Linda was born in May 2021. Anita was born in August 2023. So you can count their age by the moment of your possible stay). We love sports, we usually play beachvolley once/twice a week (Paolo at the moment isn’t playing for a little injury).
  
  
  Our first goal is to offer our two daughters experience English in a natural, fun and everyday way. We don't want English to feel like lessons, but rather something they can enjoy through games, shared activities and family life. For this reason, we are looking for a workawayer who enjoys spending time with children. We are mainly looking for native English speakers and only female volounteers.
  
  
  Our workwayer won’t be a babysitter, me or Paolo will be always at home while you’re playing with them, we ask to enjoy time with our daughters playing and using English.
  
  
  Paolo is a mechanical engineer, he works full time from Monday till Friday, (he’ll be on holiday on August) I’m a junior psychologist, now I’ve been working with people who lost their work (remotely, almost by videocall) and I’m still studying.
  
  
  We live in a small town in north of Italy, Appiano Gentile, 20 minutes close to wonderful Como. Our position is ideal to visit beautiful Como lake. We are also quite close to mountain if you like to explore nature. There is a lot to do in the surroundings and lots of cities to visit nearby (and you'll have also the opportunity to visit Milano, Monza, Varese, less than an hour each. So you won't be bored).
  
  
  We offer you accommodation in exchange for experience English in a natural, fun and everyday way, and a little help with daily simple chors (tidy up, clear the table, hang out the cloths) no cleaning works needed cause we have a person who helps us one day a week).
  
  
  We can arrange your weekly routine based on our and yours needs (week by week, or before your arrival).
  
  
  We’re look for respectful people who are able to listen and confront each other, no smokers and no intoxicated people.
  
  
  We’d like to have one or two videocall before your arrival to get to know each other and talk about everything.

  Your stay will be an occasion to live in an Italian family, practice italian, learn about our culture, food and daily life. You can visit some north italian cities or enjoy Como lake and mountains. And if you like beachvolley we can manage some matches or trainings :). I have also a master degree in history of art, so if you like I can suggest some itinary or special places to visit and discover (also together).

  Hébergement

  We can offert a single room in an appartment .
  
  We'll provide 3 meals a day and we'll enjoy dinner together (in August also lunch together). We eat almost all, but we respect peculiar diet regime, so we can arrange grocery shopping also based on workawayer needs.
