  Description

  Hi! i am Jude.
  Born in Cancun to Oaxacan parents, I have lived on other continents and settled in the city of Oaxaca, since 2014.
  
  I created my own project from scratch, bringing together the things I enjoy as art, healing, interior design, meeting people from different backgrounds and life experiences; as well as creating spaces where people feel comfortable and at home. i designed guesthouses were i receive visitors from México and all over the world.
  
  my life style is pretty healthy, i enjoy running, yoga and meditation. i dot smoke and i am curious about sobriety. i like music, dancing, arts in general and everything related to self development. i am very curious about anything that can potentially help me to become a more whole human.
  
  the ideal volunteer has some experience in maintenance in general and is strong enough to use a drill, move furniture, etc, and is willing to help us during 3 weeks or one month in april/may, where the main objective is to "give a little bit of love" to the guest houses. example of the tasks are :
  
  painting walls (not artistic but general painting), basic repairs, garden maintenance, furniture varnishing, helping to clean if we have too much work that day, using the drill to install curtain holders/mirrors (and that they are not loose like when I do it), and others. You will be collaborating directly with me and my house keeper. ideally to have driver licence and know how to drive with stick (non prioritaire but please let me know if you have this and what kind of experience you have from all this!) please only apply if you have some experience on the listed above!
  
  a big plus would be someone willing to do a little english exchange with the staff/ someone with good energy, willing to help us and immerse in Oaxacan culture :)

  travelllers will inmerse in local culture trough working with the local staff. also, they will live in the famous neighborhood xochimilco, well known for all the artisans workshops. we will visit local artisans to collaborate on different projects and buy handcrafts directly to them. also, i will give a list of recommendations of places and events that the volunteer can visit to know the best of Oaxaca.
  
  If is on your interest, i would love to introduce you to the cultural and artistic scene in Oaxaca city. Also, in to healing groups were we practice temazcal, dance CI, medicinal plants.

  the ideal person is someone with harmonic energy and without fear of getting their hands dirty with us, a team of women working hard. and willing to help us during 3 weeks or one month, where the main objective is to "give a little bit of love" to the guest houses during this time with tasks as :
  
  painting details on the walls, repairing simple details, basic repairs, garden maintenance, furniture varnishing, help with the purchase of materials, cleaning places that are inaccessible to our cleaning team, using the drill to install curtain holders/mirrors, etc! and others. all these between bookings and collaborating directly with me and my house manager. ideally to have driver licence and know how to drive with stick (non prioritaire but please let me know if you have this and what kind of experience you have from all this!)
  
  a big plus would be some little english exchange with the staff :)

  private bedroom with private bathroom in beautiful xochimilco neighborhood (in front of restaurant chepiche) with one double bed, little common patio (shared with staff) and access to a little kitchenette to cook simple meals. coffee/tea/purified drinking water is provided
