  Description

  Hi! I’m a multidisciplinary creative based in Mexico City, currently leading a long-term project that blends construction, art, hospitality and tech. My home is being transformed into a multi-use space that will function as a creative hub, co-living, bnb, and creative coworking studio.
  
  I believe in Workaway as a space for mutual learning, meaningful exchange, and personal growth. I'm always eager to connect with talented, curious people who are passionate about building and co-creating.
  
  Between July and September 2025, I will be managing the project remotely since I'm in Europe at the moment, but open to hosting independent, motivated and proactive Workawayers interested in contributing to the physical transformation of the space — from construction to interior design.
  
  Starting mid-September onwards, I’ll be back in the city and the project will shift into hospitality, creative media, and digital innovation.
  
  I’m planning to colaborate in October with cultural institutions, and open to synergies in film, design, or education.

  Language exchange is welcome — I can help you with Spanish and you can help me practice French, German or Italian.

  Aide

  🛠️ July to September 2025: House renovation (remote managed)
  
  - Support in construction, labour, cleaning, carpentry, or basic plumbing
  - Interior design and layout optimization (co-living + coworking)
  - Painting, furniture building, cleaning and finishing touches
  - Creative input: boho/modern aesthetic welcome
  - Must be self-directed and enjoy independent tasks
  
  🏡 Mid-September onwards: bnb setup & hospitality
  
  - Space setup, cleaning, decor and guest experience
  - Photography of interiors
  - Support in listings (bnb, Booking, etc.)
  - Automations (check-in/out, security, reviews, etc.)
  
  🎨 October: Artistic and media projects
  
  - Support in visual identity, photography, design, branding
  - Social media planning, creative content, community outreach
  - Video editing, generative AI tools, storytelling campaigns
  
  🤖 November–December: Corporate solutions project powered by AI
  
  - Creation of landing pages, digital funnels and automation flows
  - Content creation for online education
  - Integrations (Zapier, Notion, Airtable, APIs)
  - Strategy for small business tools powered by AI

  Hébergement

  In August–September, the house will be under renovation from scratch:
  
  - The space currently has leaks and unfinished windows, but the first 2 weeks will focus on making it fully livable
  - There are temporary beds: one air mattress, one roll-up mat
  - After basic upgrades, private rooms will be available with a shared kitchen, bathroom and creative workspace
  
  By late September, the house will be fully functional with private rooms and common areas ready for bnb/coworking purposes.

  - The house is in a central neighborhood of CDMX, close to public transport, cafes, galleries, and local markets
  
  - On your days off, you can explore museums, street art, live music, and some of the best food in Latin America
