Description
I am a Canadian woman with a small private beach resort on a little Caribbean island in Nicaragua. The buildings all need painted each November. If you are a neat and tidy painter that pays attention to detail, please consider coming to help me.

This island main language is Creole, with the secondary Spanish, and also some Miskito Indian. Sports are popular on the island and you can always get on a team somewhere. You could learn Spanish, learn to scuba dive or learn to fish like the locals.
Aide
Area to help are daily chores of raking the yard and the beach; pulling weeds from the lawn and planting flowers and vegetables and trimming coconut trees. May be asked to clean the pool which is also a daily chore.
Weekly painting touch ups.
Yearly (every November) painting building exteriors.

Hébergement
Private seaview loft room with a single bed, desk, kitchenette and private bathroom.
Couples would be in a similar room but with a king bed in a beach cabana.
Responsible for own food.

The island is small so you must love quiet beach life.
My place is a Dry Resort, so absolutely zero drugs or alcohol permitted or tolerated on the property.
