  Description

  We are a dynamic sports and adventure academy based in the beutiful Greek island of Limnos, dedicated to helping kids and young athletes grow through fun, safe, and skill-building experiences. Since 2007, we’ve been running vibrant surf and watersports camps that combine professional coaching with a supportive, joyful environment.
  
  At our camps, we focus on:
  
  -Fun-focused learning in watersports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wingfoiling
  -Professional instruction led by experienced coaches
  -Outdoor adventure and confidence-building for kids of all ages
  
  We are currently looking for volunteers who want to be part of our summer surf camps, helping support activities, assist coaches, and enrich the experience for our campers. If you love working with kids, enjoy watersports or sports in general, and want to be part of an inspiring team, we’d love to hear from you!

  Our surf camps are more than just sports experiences; they are a place for meaningful cultural exchange. We welcome participants from different countries and backgrounds.
  
  Through daily life at camp, shared meals, team activities, and time spent together by the sea, children and volunteers exchange languages, traditions, perspectives, and stories. This natural interaction helps build open-mindedness, respect, and global awareness.
  
  By combining sports, teamwork, and intercultural connection, our camp creates lasting friendships and unforgettable experiences that go far beyond the water.   Aide

  As a part of the team, you will help support the daily life and organization of our surf camps for kids. Your tasks will include assisting with general camp operations such as picking up groceries, helping in the kitchen, keeping the camp tidy and organized, and supporting the overall logistics.
  
  You will also play an active role in the children’s experience -preparing and organizing games, assisting during activities, and helping create a fun, safe, and positive environment for all participants.

  Hébergement

  You can camp directly at our beach campsite, fostering a shared, friendly camp atmosphere. Accommodation is provided in a tent with bedding, so you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay close to nature and the sea.
  
  The campsite is equipped with outdoor camping showers and toilets. Living together at the beach is part of the experience - simple, social, and connected to nature.
  Volunteers are warmly invited to share meals with the team, making it easy to connect, exchange stories, and enjoy the camp community together.
  
  We offer free accommodation, shared meals, and a minimum monthly salary in Greece, which is equal to 880EU.

  We highly value volunteers who have experience working with children and are genuinely passionate about supporting and inspiring kids. Patience, positive energy, and a responsible attitude are very important to us.
  
  Experience in sports or structured activities is a strong advantage, especially if you understand discipline, teamwork, and leading by example. Since our camps are active and outdoor-based, volunteers should enjoy spending time in nature and feel comfortable in a dynamic, beach environment. We welcome people who are not scared to get their hand a bit dirty and spend their days outside. We understand this way of life is not for everyone, but for us it means the ultimate freedom. We are still hardworking people and appreciate others who also value this.
  
  Practical or DIY skills are also a big plus, as camp life sometimes requires creativity, hands-on support, and problem-solving. Limnos island is an authentic Greek island, not popular for its nightlife and party culture, but for its nature, good food and wind conditions.
