Description
Our family home is in the tiny Gnaoua Village of Khamlia on the edge of the Sahara Desert in Morocco. As tourism is one of the major sources of income in the Desert, we run our home as a B&B. We would love help with plumbing and electrics, painting, tiling and a dream would be someone who could help us set up a tiny garden to grown some vegetables and tomatoes. If you have some special hobbie or skill that you would like to share with us either, we would be delighted to hear how we could benefit each other.

We live in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, The Sahara Desert. You can wake to amazing run rises and the sound of the village cocks crowing. We are part of a traditional Gnaoua Berber Moroccan family and you will be surrounded by beautiful food, music, family, culture, local traditions and hospitality.
Aide
We would love practical help with our house. We have been building a traditional house in the Desert over the past 8 years. As we are very very rural in the Desert in Morocco, building experience and building standards are not easily come by. We have employed local village workers over the years and have a wonderful home but unfortunately we are now discovering issues which need improvement.
We are trying to mix traditional ways and high standards and perfections.Langues parlées

Visiting and experiencing the Desert is a 'Bucket List' experience. Climbing Erg Chebbi and watching the sun set over the Sahara, watching the full moon rise up from behind the sand hills on a cloudless evening is the most amazing site I ever see. Riding a camel in the Dunes or sleeping overnight under the stars is a memory not to be forgotten. Take a trip to Rissani on 'souk' day and enjoy the hustle and bustle of life. Buy fresh vegetables, amazing moroccan spices or enjoy the exhilarating experience of a busy working Hammam.
