The site in Moyobamba is a bed in a very simple bungalow.
Tarapoto (where you fly into), Cataratas de Ahuashiyacu, Lamas, Cordillera Escalera Conservation Area, and the Waqanki Center (a beautiful hummingbird and orchid garden) are just some of the lovely local areas to be enjoyed.
Please be aware that the site is in a very delicate and important part of an ecological conservation area. There are some protocols to be followed to ensure the well being of the forest and our native bee population (the kind that do not sting). Most importantly, there is no smoking.
