Description
Hey there, we are based in the North of Peru, Lobitos (surftown)
we have started a Project with kids and horses (Equine Therapy).
for that we need a volunteer who loves animals and outdoor work. We work with 2 therapists for the kids and are missing a helping hand with the horses and help finishing the Ranch.
Its simple work, which includes feeding horses , cleaning and if you want , riding .

we live in a small fishertown where kids get a very different education. with us they can improve a lot.
they can learn spanish, surfing, learn about horses.

we have an 8 bed dorm in front of the beach, Piscinas, which is one of the best surfspots of Lobitos.
We are offering accomodation infront of the beach and free water

to get here you need to go to Talara which is a city close to Lobitos. from there you take a collectivo to Lobitos. they will take you right to us.
with your free time you can surf, visit the town, meet new people, visit the caves , go climbing, eat good food etc.

Originally I wanted to stay for two weeks and ended up with five incredible weeks.
Work is fairly easy. I was feeding the horses two times a day and cleaning the ranch. I often went for long rides in the desert or went galopping on the beach.

He is a very reliable person, very smart, a huge help for the project , a good trainer, very confident with the animals and loving. It was not only a big succes working with him, but really fun as well.
