Help with general maintenance and stay at an Italian Lake House in Sant'Ippolito, Italy

  Description

  I’m a nature and permaculture enthusiast living in Milan, working in the fashion industry but in search of my own property.
  I have been working in my holidays as a workawayer for several years now and this summer I’ll be overseeing some work at the new property my cousin acquired.
  It is a little house that requires some work but there are all the basics and every guest will have their private room.
  The house is in front of the lake called “Lago del salto”, direct private access to the lake.
  It is located at the end of the lake so it’s very private.
  The property extends for several hectares of woods. There are rivers in walking distance.
  It’s a full immersion in nature.
  My cousin will not be at the property, I will spend my summer there working and I’m therefore looking for 2 Workawayer but only for 2 weeks in August 4.-18.8.24. The dates can only vary of +\- a few days.

  I’m a 40 years old gay/bi men. Have been living in metropoles for the past 20 years working in the fashion industry.
  I’m a passionate nature lover. Big lover of creating things, curious and adventurous. The property is surrounded by untouched nature ready to be explored.
  I like motion in many forms, besides enjoying the physical work in the open I like to explore nature and do hiking , paddling, swimming, biking, yoga, painting, dancing, working out, cooking, whatever name it, I’ll be up to it!
  I’m a naturist and nudist at heart, I like to spend time naked in nature. That doesn’t mean I’ll be just randomly naked but I’ll take my time and space.
  You don’t have to practice at all but I wish you to be respectful of my choices if you decide to enter my space.
  Only lgbtq friendly people are welcomed, I have no time for unkind, repressed people.
  I like weed and shrooms too, I believe in their spiritual, healing and connecting powers.
  I speak Italian, German and English, some Spanish and French.
  I like to share and listen to stories.

  Aide

  The house and the land have been neglected for years by the previous owner. We are just settling in and there is always something to do around the house. We are open for suggestions as well. One of the projects we are planning to do is to create some earth terraces just in front of the house. There will be some local workers helping at times with the planing and sharing skills.
  Basically I need some willing people that enjoy nature and the calm :)
  People not afraid of physical work too.
  
  Will be working 5 hours a day, 5 days the week or 6 days, depending on what you decide.
  Age or gender don’t matter to me as long as you are able to live comfortably in a shared space, respectful of others, respectful of nature. At a good level of self awareness. And physically able to do the work.
  Please don’t waste both our time if you don’t feel secure about your commitment.

  Hébergement

  In the house there will be 3 bedrooms, each one will have their private room.
  Will be sharing kitchen and bathroom. There will be our lovely cats living around the house.
  
  Everyone will be responsible for cooking, cleaning and other usual tasks on rotation.
  I have some intolerances and try to eat as clean/bio as possible but I’m not vegan and I like tasty food a lot.
  So we can put together a menu that suits everyone in the budget.
  
  There are 2 options for the food exchange:
  
  If you want to work 5 days out of 7, we will provide 3 meals a day for 5 days+snacks
  Saturday & Sunday will be off work.
  From Monday to Friday will prepare and have the 3 daily meals together.
  If you want to work Saturdays, we will provide 3 meals on Saturday too.

  Autres infos...

  Smoking only outside the house. Not in the woods, only open areas.
  I have a car and some bikes. At the lake you can swim, or explore it by kayak. Hiking trails never end here :)
  Places are far in walking distance, there are some public buses but it’s not a very populated area.
  But we can go together exploring the surroundings in our free time, discovering places, hiking or have a drink in a near by town. Or you can enjoy your time wherever you can get by bike or foot.
  I can come and pick you up at the closest village when you arrive and bring you back when you leave.
