  Description

  I run a BioPension with vegan / vegetarian breakfast offer in one of the most beautiful areas in Germany. Schönau am Königssee is located in the middle of the Alps and has a lot of great nature to offer. After doing almost all of the work myself, I have to do it all day long. But it is a very satisfying job, because our guests feel very comfortable in the family atmosphere and are happy to come back. We live in a place where laughter, love and togetherness are at home. We, that is my son (who has helped me a lot in the past, but is now doing an apprenticeship and only has a little time left to help), our cat Filou and I.
  
  Ich führe eine BioPension mit vegan/vegetarischem Frühstücks-Angebot in einer der schönsten Gegenden Deutschlands. Schönau am Königssee liegt mitten in den Alpen und hat viel grandiose Natur zu bieten. Nachdem ich fast alle Arbeiten selbst erledige, habe ich den ganzen Tag lang zu tun. Doch es ist eine sehr befriedigende Arbeit, denn unsere Gäste fühlen sich in der familiären Atmosphäre sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder. Wir leben an einem Ort, an dem das Lachen, die Liebe und das Miteinander zu Hause sind. Wir, das sind mein Sohn (der mir in der Vergangenheit viel geholfen hat, aber inzwischen eine Ausbildung macht und nur noch wenig Zeit hat mitzuhelfen), unser Kater Filou und ich.

  I run a small BioPension with 10 rooms, am in friendly contact with many of our guests, maintain a lively exchange and (almost) always have time for an interesting chat. Surrounded by indescribably beautiful nature, there are plenty of opportunities to spend your free time. Swimming in the Königssee, mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering, climbing. Salzburg is only 25 km away. We not only serve BioFrühGlück, but also make many breakfast delicacies ourselves and use the gifts of nature. A small garden provides us with herbs and a little salad and vegetables. It is important to me to create a place of amicable togetherness, mutual respect and the joy of doing (and in balance, also doing nothing) and I am happy about every hand that contributes to it.
  
  Ich führe eine kleine BioPension mit 10 Zimmern, stehe mit vielen unserer Gäste in freundschaftlichem Kontakt, pflege regen Austausch und habe (fast) immer Zeit für einen interessanten Plausch. Umgeben von einer unbeschreiblich schönen Natur gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Baden im Königssee, Mountainbiken, Wandern, Bergsteigen, Klettern. Salzburg ist nur 25 km entfernt. Wir servieren nicht nur BioFrühGlück, sondern machen viele Frühstücksschmankerl selbst und nutzen die Gaben der Natur. Ein kleiner Garten versorgt uns mit Kräutern und ein wenig Salat und Gemüse.
  Mir ist es wichtig, einen Ort des freundschaftlichen Miteinanders, des gegenseitigen Respekts und der Freude am Tun (und im Ausgleich auch am Nixtun) zu schaffen und freue mich über jede Hand, die das ihre dazu beiträgt.

  Many jobs that occur in a BioPension with breakfast are waiting for you: mainly room cleaning, but also help with breakfast service, guest service, gardening, doing laundry. But we do everything together, have time to have nice conversations and I like to give all my knowledge about herbalism, salutogenesis, systemic work, cooking.
  
  
  Viele Arbeiten, die in einer BioPension mit Frühstück anfallen, warten auf dich: Vor allen Dingen brauche ich Hilfe beim Zimmerputzen. Das Haus muss sauber gehalten werden und auch der Garten braucht ab und zu eine pflegende Hand . Doch wir machen alles gemeinsam, haben dabei Zeit, schöne Gespräche zu führen und gerne gebe ich all mein Wissen über Kräuterkunde, Salutogenese, systemisches Arbeiten, Kochen & Backen und vieles mehr weiter.

  You live in a simple, cozy room in the pension with a balcony and a magnificent mountain view. We share the closet, the bathroom and the kitchen (which is the breakfast kitchen for the pension guests in the morning). When there is time, people eat together. Otherwise everyone is self-sufficient - the refrigerator and cellar are always well filled (everything is organic and vegan / vegetarian).
  
  Du wohnst ein einem einfachen, gemütlichen Zimmer in der Pension mit Balkon und grandiosem Bergblick. Dusche/WC, die du alleine nutzt, liegen in direkter Nähe zu deinem Zimmer.

  We live on the banks of the Königssees (only 2.5 km away) and on the slopes of the Watzmann, in one of the most beautiful holiday areas in Bavaria. There is a bus stop very close to our BioPension, from which you can get to Berchtesgaden and the surrounding area as far as Salzburg every hour. So far we have had interns in the summer months in recent years who wanted to get an insight into the management of a BioPension and into a sustainable, nature-loving life. As the guardian of this wonderful place, I have a lot to do throughout the day. Get up early in the morning, prepare the breakfast buffet with a lot of love, do the breakfast service, handle arrivals and departures, cleaning the rooms, doing the laundry, doing the office work, but also collecting herbs, making jams, in the evening with guests or Sitting together with friends and welcoming the evening with a glass of wine. I have long days, but they fill me with satisfaction and the knowledge that I can do something very nice for the people who come here. However, my day only has 24 hours and so I am happy when I get help and support.

  Wir leben an den Ufern des Königssees (nur 2,5 km entfernt) und an den Hängen des Watzmanns, in einer der schönsten Urlaubsgegenden Bayerns. Ganz in der Nähe unserer BioPension befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man im Stundentakt nach Berchtesgaden und in die Umgebung bis hin nach Salzburg kommt.
  Bisher hatten wir in den letzten Jahren in den Sommermonaten Praktikanten, die Einblick in die Führung einer BioPension und in ein nachhaltiges, naturverbundenes Leben bekommen wollten.
  Ich als Hüterin dieses wundervollen Platzes habe den ganzen Tag über jede Menge zu tun. Frühmorgens aufstehen, das FrühGlücks-Büffet mit viel Liebe herrichten, den Frühstücksservice machen, An- und Abreisen abwickeln, das Reinigen der Zimmer erledigen, die Wäsche machen, die Büroarbeit erledigen, aber auch Kräuter sammeln, Marmeladen einkochen, abends auch einmal mit Gästen oder Freunden zusammen sitzen und den Abend mit einem Gläschen Wein begrüßen. Ich habe lange Tage, doch sie erfüllen mich mit Zufriedenheit und dem Wissen, etwas sehr Schönes für die Menschen zu tun, die hierher kommen. Allerdings hat auch mein Tag nur 24 Stunden und so bin ich froh, wenn ich Hilfe und Unterstützung bekomme.
