Help care for our daughter in Cesenatico, Italy

Hi, I'm Barbara Casadei. I live in Italy, Emilia Romagna Region, Cesenatico (on the Adriatic Sea).
My husband works at the hospital so I am almost always alone with my 4 year old daughter Desiree.
I am a housewife.
My house is located on the sea 200 meters from the famous Cesenatico skyscraper.
My house has two floors.
We live on the first floor.
On the second there is a spacious guest bedroom with private bathroom.
Under the house there are all the amenities. A self service fish restaurant, two bars, ice cream parlors, hairdresser, piadineria, pizzeria and a supermarket.
I offer a bicycle to explore the coast from Cervia to Bellaria.
Rimini and Riccione are 25 km away by train.
In summer Cesenatico is very popular with tourists for the sea with its bathing establishments and various places to dine or have aperitifs.

It would be very nice to have a cultural exchange with an Anglo-Saxon or Spanish people.
I would very much like to tell the traditions of my land, teach how to cook some typical recipes of the area and take her to visit the small Republic of San Marino which is about 40 minutes from Cesenatico.
For the rest in Cesenatico you can breathe a relaxed atmosphere. Bathing in the sea and sunbathing are guaranteed.

I am looking for a person who can play with my daughter every afternoon from 2 to 6 pm and who can stay with her even one evening a week.

We live in a large split level apartment.
On the first floor is our bathroom with our bedroom, kitchen and living room to share.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom for guests with private bathroom.
