Hey! We are a family-run 4*.We have guests from all over the globe that come here to enjoy the ocean and kitesurf. We also have a kite surfing school.
We have 50 local staff always anthusiastic to welcome Westerners and have an enriching cultural exchange.

You will gain hospitality experience to bolster your CV in a 4*️️️️️️️️️️️️ resort and spend your days soaking up the beach and water sport lifestyle, with the chance to surf, jet-ski and so on.
At the same time, living here in southern vietnam will open your eyes to one of the worlds most fascinating cultures. Getting involved in local life over here will provide you with an unforgettable experience, with a wide array of delicious local food on your doorstep.

Hébergement
FOOD :
We provide 2 meals per day; breakfast and lunch. The meals are prepared by the hotel
Chef and the kitchen team
We often eat all together out and we go to town and experience the local foods as well.
ACCOMMODATION :
As a volunteer, you will have simple accommodation provided.
Bed linen is provided, and WIFI is available free of charge.
WORK :
Working is good, but working in a positive atmosphere is even better. We prioritize flexibility.
RÉSERVATION :
We follow a "first come, first served" policy because unfortunately, many volunteers book in advance and change their plans last minute. You can always send your request in advance, but we ask you to confirm your interest and exact dates one to two weeks before your arrival and a few days before. We also accept last-minute requests if there is space available, so feel free to send us a message.

Currently this is a really exciting time for our community over here, as this soaring popularity for our infamous water sports is beginning to infiltrate into other areas of the society, with great opportunities developing for anybody looking to gain experience in the hospitality sector.
Phan Thiet is a province enshrined by South East Asia's utmost beautiful nature. We are surrounded by white and red sand dunes and epic mountain hiking spots. All these are accessible through taxi/jeep tours, but you can also ride there on scooter or motorbike.
