  Apprentices/Interns/general helpers are welcomed to live and to learn and to be part of sustainable/organic agriculture in east coast Canada. Planting, transplanting, growing, harvesting, processing and eating with lots of shared knowledge and laughter. Please visit our facebook page to learn more. GREAT food and accommodation for all.
  
  We are a small plot garden farm/homestead specializing in our own food, several fruits, plus a line of dried herbs, garlic, flowers and wheatgrass juice which is frozen for our own use and for sale. Improve your English. Lots of room to explore and have privacy while learning every aspect of food preparation and storage (harvesting, canning, freezing, drying & winter storage).
  
  Much landscaping opportunity with natural rock and great soil and beautiful plants. This farm is transitioning its growing techniques by bringing many of the larger gardens closer to the house by building/using boxed beds from much recycled materials this season.
  
  Wireless internet access, so bring your laptop!! References available from some wonderful German friends who have visited!!!!! This opportunity is for serious workstays only.
  
  We are looking for stays of one month to 6 months anytime from March until November 10. Winter stays can be discussed. We are in a beautiful area, close to a town..near a beautiful river…….near a community of friendly people We welcome you!!

  We depend greatly upon the various working relationships it develops each year through the people that come to stay and learn with us. We have many opportunities for those wishing to explore this lifestyle. We can use help all season long for various tasks on a volunteer basis from April throughout October .
  
  If you are interested in coming here and feel that you have something to offer while receiving the many benefits of what we have to offer you, please feel free.to contact us with your ideas.
  
  Remember though...... no former experience required; however, we need self starters with a "do everything" attitude and not afraid of hard work, with a sincere, long-term interest in a more sustainable way of living. You must enjoy nature and common sense is very important. There are often bugs to contend with and we must sometimes work in the rain. :-)

  This place would be a great spot for such a thing as we're not busy and looking for more of a helper in all ways with regular daily living and tasks while living on a homestead with nature & peace. However This will happen once Covid 19 can be managed.
