Description
I have a farm in Lier, in the middle of the Norwegian countryside, on what used to be a flower farm. There are lots of nice places to go hiking nearby, and a short walk to the train station with trains straight to Oslo or other cities if you want to go out and see more. We are looking for a helping hand with some house help and general chores, in exchange for a cozy place to live. You will get your own peace, beautiful nature around you, and a kind dog that will happily join you on walks or just lie next to you in the evening. We are looking for someone who is reliable, easy to get along with, and who is not a stranger to a little physical tasks - if you like animals and the outdoors, that is a big plus. This is a great chance to experience real Norwegian village life in a relaxed and pleasant way 🌿🇳🇴
Jeg har en gård i Lier, midt i den norske naturen, på det som tidligere var en blomster gård. Det er masse fine steder å gå turer i nærheten, og kort vei til togstasjon med tog rett til Oslo eller andre byer hvis du vil ut og se mer. Vi ser etter en hjelpende hånd til litt husarbeid og generelle gjøremål, i bytte mot et koselig sted å bo. Du får din egen ro, fin natur rundt deg, og en snill hund som gjerne blir med på tur eller bare ligger ved siden av deg på kvelden. Vi ser etter noen som er pålitelige, lett å omgås med, og som ikke er fremmed for litt fysisk arbeid - liker du dyr og friluftsliv er det et stort pluss. Dette er en fin sjanse til å oppleve ekte norsk bygdeliv på en avslappet og hyggelig måte 🌿🇳🇴 -

I can teach you some Norwegian, give tips on good places to visit in the close area. Can take you to some local farms and show you how they operate and learn from how they work. -

Hébergement
You’ll be treated like a family member, your own private room and bathroom on the first floor. We share 3–4 meals a day together, and the fridge is always stocked so you can help yourself whenever you’re hungry.
