We are a family of four who live on a small farm in the very scenic location of West Kerry. We live upon the sea shore, five kilometres from Inch beach and have the Sliabh Mish mountains behind us.Our fun loving kids are aged 6 and 7. We love the outdoors and our back garden is perfect for hiking . Maryanne loves singing and dancing and entertaining us. Joseph is a muck magnet and cant keep clean !!! There both so friendly , outgoing , fun,loving happy kids. We also have 3 dogs a lurcher ,pomeranian , and a Irish wolfhound there all part of our family. We have a few goats that I milk and make cheese with for ourselves , 3 donkeys, a few hens and tayto and spud our farm cats. We like to go kayaking in the sea in front of our home and its a good spot for fishing to. We have been living here for over 8 years and every day we feel so blessed to live in such a majestic magical place surrounded by beautiful nature.

For the outdoors person there is a wealth of activities including hill walking, kayaking, fishing & swimming.Inch beech close by is great for surfing and has surf lessons. We live in the heart of the west Kerry countryside , surrounded by the natural unspoiled beauty of the Slive Mish mountains you would experience life in rural Ireland.You would learn how to milk goats and make your own yummy cheese to eat.
We would be looking to welcome someone with experience in childcare to help out minding our gorgeous kids . Some light housework meaning just helping keeping the place tidy, that seems to be an never ending task with our two children !!! Someone who is fun has initiative to see what has to done. Someone mature ,independent who loves children and the outdoors would be very welcome.
There's also some light tasks on the farm we'd like some help with. Milking the goats twice a day to make cheese for ourselves, giving the kid goats bottles, there so cute !! Also some cleaning out of the sheds. There's always something to do !!

We offer your own bedroom with shared toilet and shower. You may eat with us most of the time or you will be able to cook for yourselves when it suits you. Your own transport is an advantage but not necessary. As usual we ask for 4-5 hours help per day, 5 days a week
Our home is surrounded by nature. We have the sea in front and the Slieve Mish mountains behind perfect for hiking. We live about 5 miles from the famous Inch beech lots of surfing, swimming, fishing. We live a short drive away from Annascaul village and a short bus journey to the quaint tourist town of Dingle. Killarney is the other direction also a short bus journey away.
