Description
We are a Guest House with 4 private rooms and one shared dorm in an amazing location in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico. We are located close to the beach and stores, we have a gym and a swimming pool. All our property has ocean view, we are a couple of blocks away from the beach. We are a group of friends who love to travel :)

Staying with us is more than volunteering — it’s becoming part of our family and team. We create a warm, welcoming environment where Workawayers feel included, supported, and truly connected.
You’ll experience a real cultural exchange by living and working alongside people from different countries, sharing meals, stories, and daily life. We love learning about your culture, ideas, and skills — and we encourage you to bring your own energy to the space.
During your stay, you can learn about hospitality, teamwork, guest experience, and community building. We also offer activities like yoga, kickboxing, and functional training, creating a healthy and active atmosphere where everyone can grow together.
This is a two-way exchange — we teach, we learn, and we build meaningful connections along the way. -
Aide
We are looking for workawayers to help us with cleaning and mantainance. Also we are looking for someone with Carpentry or painting experience that can also help with mantainance. We are also interested in people with experience in arts, specially painting as we have lots of murals here :) Also looking for photographers/community managers

We offer a bed at our shared room. We include laundry, pool access, gym and we have a shared kitchen also available with a bbq :)
We don’t offer any food for our volunteers but some collaborative meals happen here between our staff and guests from the house. -

During your time off we have lots of water activities, tours. Kitesurf, Wingfoil, sea safaris, diving. There are amazing bike / hike trails, as well as incredible beaches walking distance.
