Our small hostel chain voted 2nd best in the world and they are truly amazing places to visit, live and work!
We are a social hostel, creating vibes that bring guests and staff together, and we know how to party!
With day and night activities - including free dinners in between - we really help create a community within the hostel for guests and staff alike. The social aspect of our hostel is what makes our hostels the best in the industry!
We are looking for fun-loving travellers to help us with both our night and day activities, as well as the odd night reception shift.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
NO COUPLES - We love couples but with the work schedules you guys may not have time to be together & that's no fun!
MINIMUM 1 MONTH STAY - We need to train you guys, if you stay only a short amount of time it makes no sense.
ONLY APPLY FOR THE FORTHCOMING MONTH - with so many changes it is impossible to plan 6 months ahead
Please only apply in ENGLISH - it’s the traveller’s language and we need to know you’re able to communicate in the language!:)

In addition to free accommodation, parties & activities, you will gain much much more from this experience. Our hostels are basically an international meeting pot. You will meet all kinds of people, and learn all kinds of new skills!

Aide
Our Workawayers typically help out for around 5 hours each day, 5 days a week. We wouldn't really call it work.. You will be assisting our receptionists, taking guests out to party, and taking people to explore the city by day.
Basically, we expect you to be social and love being around others. We promise you, it will be the time of your life. This is more of a lifestyle rather than a job. As you will be living at the hostel, you will always be representing us. This means we expect a smile at all times, and assistance wherever and whenever necessary.

This was a brilliant workaway experience for me. If you want to meet loads of interesting, diverse, fun young people and experience Budapest on a budget then this the place. I worked for this hostel last August and it was literally amazing. Even if at the very beginning it seemed a huge hostel, I immediately felt home thanks to the awesome staff I was working with. The shifts are chill and you can easily swap them with your colleague if you need to. I couldn't ask for better! I absolutely recommend it

Having Robin here with us was an absolute pleasure. He was kind, courteous and very engaging with the guests. He was an incredible cook, ran some wicked drinking games and also a fantastic DJ. Lydia was an excellent Workawayer! She was always super friendly, and our staff and guests loved having her around.
She has a great work ethic, and was always willing to go above and beyond to help. Lydia always looked for ways to improve her work, and our hostel. She would be an asset to any team!

Thanks to Lachy and everybody else I met during my time at this hostel. Fantastic first work away experience, the work was more than fair and allowed you to use your own initiative. So much fun and hope to come back at some point to work or to visit!! Amazing!!!

Lachie and Stef are the absolute best people to work for in Budapest!! The hostel is incredible, guests and workers are like a family and the atmosphere is so chill. Work is hardly work you will have so much fun and you get the chance to see so much of the city while living in one of the best hostels i have ever been to.

Efrain is without doubt one of THE BEST Workawayer we have ever hired. He was an incredible help; and went above and beyond his regular duties to help both myself and the team out.

This is a great hostel to work at.. it's small enough to feel at home but still big enough to meet heaps of people travelling through Budapest. It's in a central location which means you'll be able to explore Budapest super easy and the nightlife is amazing too!
