We seek to be in tune and part of the Light of the Forest by actively working towards the regeneration of our planet, learning and working with it in a beautiful and peaceful rural landscape.
Being a recent project, most of the activities consists of ecologically building and improving living structures, clearing the land, the lake and the river, as well as planting, pruning, and general maintenance of the agroforestry system we're implementing.
Hard work will most often be interspersed by relaxing breaks for waterfall and lake bathing, yoga, conversation, reading and discussing what we are doing, in addition to vegan cuisine.
We live the three Guilherme, Henrique and Onda. We have lovely neighbours who visit often; besides them the environment is very peaceful and quiet.
We have a house for volunteers, next to it is the kitchen we share.
Volunteering consists of 4 hours of work, five days a week.

We can share learning about permaculture, agroforestry, regeneration of tropical landscapes, simple vegan cuisine, bioconstruction, simple living, handicrafts, as well as yoga, meditation and other. Most importantly, we can get in tune with the knowledge of the forest and learn together whatever Gaia dreams of manifesting in this place.
The farm is under (bio) construction. Most of the help needed is in (bio) construction (kneading clay, making bio-balls) cleaning the land (clearing the rivers, cutting grass); but help with planting, pruning and general maintenance of seedlings and trees is also very important.

I (Guilherme) am a language enthusiast and love learning and sharing. Currently working on mandarin Chinese (and having loads of fun at that!).
Henrique is glad to help people discover Portuguese and is excited about learning English.
We have a house for volunteers, with two bedrooms (each with a bunk bed). The kitchen is shared and is next to the volunteers' house. We share meals (vegan) or you can cook (vegan) for yourself.
There is electricity, internet access is limited and there is no telephone signal.
The farm is located 30km away from Itacaré, a city known for its beautiful beaches. Closer to us are other amazing waterfalls and Marau peninsula (where coral reefs, turtles and whales may be spotted).
Free time can also be spent on the farm, swimming in the lake, doing (acro)yoga, reading etc.
