Description
Originally from New Zealand, I have just returned from living in France for 10 years. Our house in Napier is a beautiful villa from 1928 which needs a birthday. We have completed some of the work and want to begin on the exterior. It is a 4 bedroom house, located close to Marine Parade in Napier South. Easy walk or bike to the beach and town centre. I am living there alone at the moment and my wife is overseas. Come and enjoy this beautiful spot!

It is mainly prep work for painting, ie cleaning, sanding, painting. Handyman skills are a bonus. A little bit of gardening too.

I live close to the sea so there are nice walkways and cycle paths. I have a bike for use. Shops and amenities are close by. Ahuriri port is a nice relaxing spot for dinner and drinking. Kayaking too.
