Description
Namaste to everybody interested in this project. I need help to fix up an old townhouse (18th century) in southern Spain. Some knowledge of woodwork and basic building skills would be excellent. I am planning to turn it into a yoga teacher or therapy center. It's small but very cool. Accommodation for one or two people is available. I need to fix walls, and floors and redo things. Working time is from 9.00-14. 00 or 17.00 - 21.00. We have to respect the Siesta, but still can do work, which does not make much noise! Working time: flexible.
Monetary compensation is based on the Spanish minimum wage of 1050€ per month and a 40-hour-a-week schedule. 3 hours per day is the time you would need to exchange for food and accommodation, we could provide for you. If you travel with your camper and you do not need food or/and accommodation, it is no problem either, there is enough work. Depending on your travel schedules you could do as many or as few hours as you want (per hour it is about 6,55€). It is stress free work, so no worries.
Who I am?
I am 53 years old, traveled extensively and I speak fluently English, German, and Spanish. Besides, I run a small indie publishing company and do charity projects for people diagnosed with terminal illnesses. I want to create audio recordings for them and their families. Website coming soon...

You could learn Spanish, enjoy the fantastic weather and the beach/nature reserve is 20min by bike. The house is located in the center of town, but still quiet.

You could learn Spanish, and enjoy the fantastic cities of Cadiz (20min by car or tram), Jerez (40min), and Seville (1h). Train, Tram, and bus nearby. The weather and the beach/nature reserve are 20min by bike. The house is located in the center of town, but still quiet. I love meditation, art, reading, cooking healthy food, yoga, and martial arts.
