  Description

  Recovery of a farmhouse plus a trullo from the 1700s with adjacent agricultural outbuilding and horse boxes, barns and olive grove land, the perfect place to create an ecological village. After the recent purchase we moved with my family, wife and young children, so we plan a future life trying to practice ancient traditions and natural methods as much as possible. Since the rural activity of the farm had been in disuse for many years, it is like writing a new story, imagining what it will be like, we learn from mistakes and help from everyone, it is important to discuss in a supportive manner. At the beginning we will raise small animals that are easy to manage, we wait and hope to be lucky and meet volunteers with experience in breeding larger animals to perhaps plan long-lasting projects and on the gracefully agricultural part they are inspired by permaculture to plan harmony of the whole. We are in the immediate vicinity of Alberobello, a short distance from Coreggia, it is a very small hamlet where there is an air and taste of tradition, without the rush and chaos of the city.

  Transform the olive grove into a permanent food garden, create agricultural practices aimed at self-sustaining the farm by harmonizing people, plants and animals, favoring permaculture, syntropic and regenerative agriculture, management of the rainwater cycle which is the only one currently used in our farm. Reactivate the ancient working activities of the historic farm, prepare animals to help agriculture and close the circle by producing food from and for animals and for the inhabitants of the farm, transforming the food into products with the help of the animals and also using it for reactivation of the structures, the materials self-produced or obtained with exchanges of TIME (we call TIME the Activities and other TIME is exchanged or generated by creating goods and services useful to the farm or as a gift to society). God has given us an Infinite Gift and we here together experience it.

  Here in this moment there are many options of Experience you can learn some Activities: preparing rooms for more volunteers, so moving supplies, selecting the best and recycle or reforming materials, painting, cleaning green areas at garden, preparing compost, making a horticulture or seedlings and many other more Activities that can be planned together. Ahh, I forgot also there are boxes of horse and cow to be refreshed. Here at the moment have nothing ready to use, everything needs someone to take care of it to start using again, this farm just was lost love that now come back.
  Here we can together now write a white e book, I believe in power of God inside us, we can together do everything is possible ;)
  Do you know how you will feel here? Asking that to me I just can say: I feel as I create a place where other people will generate something for who come after can survive.

  We have independent apartments available, based on the needs of various guests you can choose autonomy or sharing, therefore eating independently or sharing time and space. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner or even additional lunch and snack breaks based on personal needs.

  In the surrounding area, apart from the renowned tourist resorts of the Itria valley, you can reach Alberobello by bike in 10 minutes, then you can also walk along paths in the woods, depending on the seasons there are various possibilities. I like to restore, recover, recycle old craftsmanship or activity equipment, research and discover ancient methods by talking to local elders and seeking the involvement of young people and/or universities in research.
