Description

Hi! I’m Yaniv, currently enjoying my first Workaway experience in a small village near Hamburg, Germany. I’ve been living here for over two months, helping with daily tasks such as caring for horses, chickens and dogs, as well as general house duties, kitchen work and outdoor tasks.

This experience has been amazing and taught me a lot about rural life, responsibility and teamwork. Now I’m excited and ready for my next chapter, ideally in a mountain or ski-resort environment. I’m open to all kinds of tasks and always happy to learn something new!

I bring hands, on experience in hospitality, kitchen work, household duties, gardening, farm work and animal care. I’m very friendly, social and positive, and I always bring a smile to the people around me. I enjoy working with others, staying active and contributing wherever needed.

I also come from a tech background in computer science, so I’m organized, a quick learner and comfortable adapting to new environments and responsibilities.

Looking forward to joining a great place, helping where needed, and creating new memories along the way!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have solid experience in household duties, hospitality and kitchen assistance, including cleaning, organizing, cooking support and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
During my current Workaway in Germany, I’ve also gained practical experience with animal care (horses, chickens and dogs), gardening and general outdoor work.
I’m reliable, organized and used to physical tasks, and I enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. I love interacting with people and bringing a positive energy to the place I’m in.

In addition, I come from a Computer Science background, which has strengthened my problem solving skills, adaptability and ability to learn quickly. I’m always motivated to help wherever needed and happy to take on new challenges.

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, running, and spending time in nature. I also love deep conversations, learning new things, and sharing quiet moments over a good cup of coffee or tea.

I’m not into board games, to be honest, I usually prefer movement, fresh air, or good conversation over sitting still. I’m flexible, travel light, and try to bring humor, focus, and calm energy wherever I go.
