Description

I’m usually involved with visual arts, design, music, and fashion in some way and throughout my life have volunteered and worked in non-profit, independently owned shops, and bookstores related to those interests. I currently work in fashion styling and buying.

I love sharing knowledge and experiences with others, as well as learning from them for mutual growth. I love to hear perspectives of people older than me, younger than me, and very different from me.

Nature has always been a priority for myself and my family, so it’s naturally ingrained in me to appreciate and preserve nature. There’s nothing more restorative for me than reconnecting with it in the many ways it presents itself.

I love cleaning and organizing, it brings me peace and satisfaction, and I’m passionate about reusing, taking care of, and preserving things for sustainability. Im very good at crafts and do a lot of hand sewing, embroidery, and various upcycling projects. I love trying new foods and cooking and would love to learn more recipes from around the world.

I have retail managerial experience, gallery and bookstore knowledge, basic construction and repairs, minor automotive work, ceramics hand building, digital and film photography, some permaculture knowledge, cooking (mexican, colombian, korean, japanese, some thai and burmese), cleaning, fashion styling and buying, interior design, graphic design (photoshop, illustrator,indesign), I have 3 younger sisters so I guess I have 12 years of babysitting experience, an eager and enthusiastic learner willing to acquire more skills if you’re willing to do some training!
