Hello there, my name is Tarik and I was born to a Palestinian father and half German/Indonesian mother and was raised on the multicultural island of Curaçao. As of summer last year I decided to take a break from my (corporate) career and have been volunteering in the form of cooking for neighbors and the less fortunate. Food, prepared with love and passion, always played an important role in my upbringing.

Furthermore, I love languages. I speak almost seven languages and I would love to spend some time volunteering some place where I can put both my passion for food and cooking & languages to use.
