Hello! We are Annah and Raquelle! :)
We are from California, USA and have done tons of traveling this year! Australia, Japan, Greece, Italy, France, Singapore, and Bali so far:)
A bit about us:
Annah: I have a great love for art, music, and nature that I am keen on expanding. I'll bet whatever you're into I'd love to learn about and participate in. I also play volleyball, love to read and independently study random things I find interest in, one of which I hope to go to graduate school for in the future! I recently graduated with my degree in Biology and it has only increased my love and deep appreciation for all things in nature, especially the animals:). I would say I'm positive, diligent, knowledge-seeking and ready to learn! I pride myself on my willingness to do any work enthusiastically and to the best of my ability. Can't wait to meet you!
Raquelle:
Hi! I'm Raquelle!
I've just turned 21 and want to start off this new decade of my life with exploring as much as I can. I love to discover everything life has to offer. I love gardening, cooking, learning new languages, going on bike rides, or even reading a good book by the fire.
As an amputee (right leg below the knee), I've worked hard to fight those stigmas and prove to others that everyone can live a life they enjoy. I've never let my disability stop me from doing the things that I love. I made a promise to myself to live life for me, and to share my experiences with the people I meet along the way.
I'm so grateful to have this opportunity to travel the world with my sister and I can't wait to share part of this journey we're on with you all!!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Childcare:
Annah- I have extensive childcare experience. I have been a nanny/ babysitter on and off for about 5 years and enjoy learning and growing with little people very much:) I have been CPR certified and worked in a post- acute healthcare setting for 8 months giving me tons of hands on experience with signs of distress and behavior management.
Raquelle- I have less experience with children than my sister, but I am a fantastic playmate and caring friend.
Workaway experience:
We painted houses in Greece, worked vineyards in Italy, planted vegetable gardens and did intensive landscaping (manually raking an acre of land) in France, and became farmers (hoeing fields/ ripping up old corn fields/ planting trees/ pruning crops/ cooking vegetarian meals with the fruits of our labor) working an organic farm in Australia!
General Maintenance:
Any job you need done (cooking, cleaning, house sitting, gardening, organization..etc) we would love to do with a smile:) We also love to learn how to do new things, so anything we may not know how to do, we will pick up on if shown how!
Companionship:
It is our goal to learn about the places we travel to, and what better way to learn than from the wonderful people who live there! We hope to have many inspiring conversations with our hosts and fellow travelers:)
Work with animals:
We love animals, big and small! We've grown up with dogs our whole lives and love our furry friends:) We both have experience dog-sitting if that would be needed. Raquelle worked and trained with horses for 8 years so she is well-equipped to handle all things horses! We promise to take care of your pets as if they were our own.
